No self-care checklist is complete without recommending movement and there are lots of good reasons for that. But don’t limit yourself to the gym. Take a short walk, anywhere. Try kayaking or hiking or cycling or basketball or dance! The options are almost endless!

- Toggle the intensity of the effect by using the slide bar.
